1. How do I create a new countdown?

Simply tap the "+" button at the bottom of the Home screen. Give your moment a name, select the date, and choose one of our exclusive tactile backgrounds to match the vibe.

2. Can I use my own photos?

Yes. When creating or editing a moment, tap "Choose from Photos" to personalize your countdown with your own memories.

3. How do I enable notifications?

Go to Settings within the app. Here you can toggle notifications on or off and set a specific time for your daily reminder, so you can enjoy the countdown every day.

MyMoments does not collect personal data directly.

Personal Information:
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

Countdown Data:
All your countdown titles and dates are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal milestones.

Photos:
If you grant the app permission to access your photo library, it is only used to let you select a background for your countdowns. Your photos remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to support and improve the app experience:

Advertising:
MyMoments displays advertisements in the free version of the app using third-party ad providers such as Google AdMob. These services may collect certain information automatically, including:

  • Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
  • Usage data (such as interactions with ads)
  • Approximate location (non-precise)

This data is used to provide and improve advertising. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and permissions.

Apple App Store Analytics:
We may view anonymous, aggregated data provided by Apple, such as download counts, to understand app performance.

Since your data is stored locally on your own device, the security of your information depends on your device's security settings, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or Passcode.
